Morimoto HID install

So purchased a set to replace my Vanquish auto ones that had a ballast out. I purchased the elite set and installed yesterday. Today after driving about 5 minutes I get a Front turn signal bulb out message. I did install two resistors for each side as instructions stated. HID lights work fine. Any chance this is really a factory LED bulb out or bigger issue? I have a 2015. I am heading to autozone to grab a replacement LED bulb for the front turn signal but what are the things to look for if that is not the case.

It's hard to answer your question because I didn't use any relays, resistors or install harness.

Just used
Morimoto ballasts
Morimoto ignitors
Morimoto 4300k bulbs
Alfaobd to handle any corrections needed to make HID/LED function properly without error.
