Yeah this breakdown is far simpler. It really shouldn't matter if they don't turn on, melt in the sun, explode, etc. Broke is broke.

PS @Quick_Shifter you're 30 minutes from me

Why not a issues at first then fixed later. In my case I've had no issues since getting the fix harness. Or is this applying to all headlights after that first round?

This is a fair point. I feel like not being able to adjust falls into potentially a few categories:

Issues Unresolved
Issues at first that were fixed
Fine at first than issues developed.

Identifying what the issues and how ****** the customer service is or is not are probably isn't as important as determining the shipped quality/reliability or, determining what the long-term quality/reliably will be on a $1350 purchase.

I read a lot of posts saying everything worked fine but they couldn’t adjust and there are a lot that probably haven’t tried. So for them I didn’t want them to select plug and play. But I see what you’re saying and if their poor customer service continues we’ll have to make a poll like
I was lied to less than 5 times
I was lied to more than 5 times
I was promised replacements and still waiting
Etc.

I think for now this will work. At least so we can see how many members bough the headlights and their results thus far.

Uh, if your replacement is Tuesday than you had a failure.
Yeah but he’s either gonna be voting “issue at 1st but made right”

Or if this one exhibits any issues he’ll be “nothing but issues”.

Both still show a failure or an issue. The vote is counted basically the same as they both show ****** QC and obvious production issues/

Oh I agree. I think unless people start fudging their votes we’re going to see a higher rate of these headlights that showed up with some kind of issue.

But I guess he’s just waiting to see which specific type of failure scenario he falls under and hopefully they get his lamps right as that’s the only acceptable scenario IMO.

I'm actually surprised it's this high so far. I was figuring like 15-20% which is absurdly high. This? This basically tells us we are live quality control/testing as they roll these out.

Yes it was an initial failure, but they are attempting to rectify the bad light with a replacement, and to if the new one works or not will be the deciding factor in my vote.

Did you have a DOA light on the passenger side?

Wasn't quite DOA, rather WOA. Either way, it was a defective unit. Headlights were all that worked, no signal or parks. Yes, it was the passenger side.

Interesting. Seems to be a trend with the passenger side. You're the 5th or 6th person outside of myself with an issue.
