This is starting a Fresh Thread to Quickly Find Solutions to Common Problems. It is not intended to be long-discussions….NO DISCUSSIONS… just a Fast and Easy Solution. Name the problem. Post the FIX! What made me think of this thread-idea is I spent considerable time trying to troubleshoot my Cruise Control….but stumbled upon the FIX in another Looong Thread …many pages later… and it was a Great, Simple, Quick FIX! So I wondered if this wouldn’t prove useful to others.

Here’s my example (number One):

1- PROBLEM: CRUISE CONTROL….. ON Switch Intermittent or INOPERATIVE
Steering wheel switches no longer work.
FIX: Hold the + and the - switches SIMULTANEOUSLY for Ten Seconds to RESET and RE-BOOT Cruise Ctrl.

The ole: RAM IBS debate/How to Charge/Jump Battery, To reset/not reset IBS when replacing battery. From head mechanic at local dealership: When changing battery, pull IBS from rear small bolt for at least 2 hours. See PDF from RAM Star Case below. (Also helps to charge battery you buy to 100%).
