Alright so to start off the truck is an 09 2wd 5.7. It has the rough country 4in lift and Xd series rims wrapped with 35in nitto trail grapplers. I just received a 2.5in leveling kit I’ll be putting on this week.
I also have 2in spacers on the way.
Now for the questions:
1. My rims have an offset so will the 2in spacer cause me to have to cut the fender? Not worried about the bumper as I’m having a pre-runner style bumper custom fab’d by a buddy of mine. Just not wanting to cut the body panel. Any info?
2. I would like to get some nice fender flares that will come down to the headlight, no further. I would black ones with rivets. Any suggestions on brands or any that you guys have tried or heard about?
3. I would like some mirrors with a convex mirror glass piece. The mustang I used to drive had them on both mirrors and the convenience of them in Houston traffic is amazing. I would like to find some mirror glasses for my ram that have that piece or tow mirrors without lights. The problem is the truck is an 09 ram 1500 so tow mirrors are proving difficult to find. So once again any suggestions would be awesome.
