For those worried about blocking the factory duct in the fender...this is a cold air set up, not a ram air. Or least titled it cold air.

I put my cold air down below the radiator and left the factor fender duct. Just in case i get in deep water.

OP, love the setup. I am big fan in function over fashion. In your case it looks awesome as well as functional.

i know this is an older thread but with moving the overflow tank in front of the radiator as the OP did, I wonder about cooling and running temps if at all affected?

@Dannyn_01 now that you've had this setup for a while have you had any issues with water getting to the filter?
Water does make it to the filter, but nothing gets past it. I’ve pulled the filter a couple times to check the lower box, and there no water ever puddles up in there.
