Fell on it while walking into a trailer, supervisor lifted a dock plate. that wouldn't go down, then called me into the trailer to drop a tv down to the floor. I never saw the plate sticking straight up. Whoops, even thou it was the supervisors fault they tried to give me a letter. assholes.

A stepping stone to termination. Without a series of warnings ,( letters)they cannot arbitrarily fire you.
