My Radio Froze with ram logo...help

Hey there guys my 2014 dodge ram 1500 radio screen froze and has a ram logo with the xm sirius thing at bottom. The volume *** works and the radio stayed at the last staions. Any ideas whats the issue ? Would appreciate the advice

I'm of help but will be following ! But on several issue with the RAM'S people have disconnected the battery for about 20/30 minutes and that I believe that did a reset . Worth a shot

I tried the battery thing already and nothing. My radio got stuck on the last station .
Now that's a bummer ! Thats all I can think of . I was hoping some of the techies would chime in ! I did have mine freeze up a couple times, but it cleared when I turned the truck and and off a couple times
Thanks for updating. I will post a link if I find one about the radio...What radio do you have ? I assume the 5" one?

I did not find muck on google, Trying You Tube will see what I find lol

O found this on the other RAM forum, worth a shot !
Try to push and hold down the mute and browse buttons for a few seconds I think I read that will bring up a menu for reset.

Why would I reset the factory defaults?
Some car owners have noticed that after awhile or some sort of glitch, the UConnect system does not operate as smoothly as before. There have been issues with using bluetooth, playing music, and more. Just as one is advised to turn off a computer when issues begin, resetting and rebooting the UConnect system can be a relatively easy fix to some of the problems you are experiencing with the system.

How to Reset the Radio or Restore Factory Defaults in the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger UConnect System:
  1. In order to reset the radio or restore factory defaults in the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger UConnect system, you need to first get to the secret engineering dashboard.
  2. To get to the engineering dashboard, press the hot and cold up and down buttons at the same time for five seconds.
  3. Scroll through the menu until you come to the reset factory defaults.
  4. Select this option and the screen should prompt you to wait 30 seconds.
**Note: This is a factory default reset, so some of the settings may change**
