My U Connect is possessed

Just got my 2022 Ram 15500 Warlock and love it ,but my radio is possessed. I get the Sat ant error , dumps my presets and sets 8 presets that were there when I bought it . Well today I got a new error . Hopefully the dealer can figure it out . Got lots of warranty lol. Gotta agree with comments others have made about sound quality being crappy , my 2016 sounded way better.

The presets should not have been set from the factory. Did you buy the truck new or used?

uConnect systems can be quirky. Hope the dealer can fix it for you.

Yes it's new only 600 miles on it . Really weird , nothing serious just annoying . Will post dealers response after getting it looked at .

It's odd you mention presets in Sat radio resetting.. mine reset last week to what I assumed were the factory defaults. Nothing else changed, FM stations were fine, all the others settings were unchanged.. just the Sat radio changing all the stations. Really weird..

Hope you get it figured out!
