Name that noise

I have a 2018 Ram 1500 with about 62K miles. Just recently I stared hearing a whining sound while driving. It started out at speeds above 40mph when I was lightly hitting the gas. It has since started happening at lower speeds also when lightly hitting on the accelerator. It progressed to humming just shortly after I let off the gas as well but then goes away. There is no noise when just idling. Link below for sound.
