Nav memory issues

2011 Ram 1500 Nav unit does not save my home address or favorites. I was told by the dealer and now Dodge that they still don't have a fix for it so I have to just wait for them to maybe fix the programming someday.

Is it me or is that an insane answer for a new truck?

do you have the garmin based nav? I have never tried to put in my home address so i don't know if it keeps the address or not\

Im not sure if its garmin but its the stock unit with the 11 models. Really wondering if there are many out there like that. Not a big deal but it just bugs that it doesn't hold fav's in memory for more than a couple days.
