navigation thinks I am somewhere else

my navigation system thinks that I am about 20 miles away from where I am at. how do i reset the system to show where I actually am at?

I should say I have a 2019 RAM 3500 Limited

While you are parked, or while you are driving? Is there anything (books, maps, envelopes) on the dash? I'm not sure where the GPS antenna is, but you want to make sure it has a good view of the sky, and nothing is blocking the antenna.

Mine did that a few years ago. They had me go to an empty parking lot, open the drivers door, start the truck, close the door. Drive backwards in a CCW circle 5x then stop and open the door then turn the truck off, close the door then start it back up...or something like that. I am not kidding either. And it didn't fix it...lol. Dealer ended up replacing my head unit under warranty

I had a similar problem, but mine showed that I was in a different state. The only thing that fixed it was removing it and sending it in for repairs. This was much cheaper then having it done by a dealer. I wish you luck with all the suggestions from forum members.
