Trucks in getting lifted now 4 inch rcx lift. Problem is just got a call from the place saying that because I have bils up front and a 1.5 spacer in the rear it may be unalienable? Is this true? I've seen a lot of people running this set up?

Bils up front is not a problem . . . they will replace the 1.5 spacer with the spacer or spring that came with the RCX lift . . . And not sure what you mean by "unalienable", so I don't know if that part is true

What are you setting the Bilsteins at? Even at the highest setting you shouldn't have an issue... anything below 2.8" and you'll be fine. It's not different than level a truck at stock height as far as the alignment and specs go.

Get in your truck and go find another shop . . . You never "stack" spacers in the rear . . . They should take the 1.5" spacer you had in there and hand it to you . . . Then they should put the spacer or spring that came with the lift kit in there . . . I would be really nervous if I where you . . .

Kinda what I had thought. Now if I want to level it I will need to upper rear control arm and the track bar bracket and a longer coil or spacer correct?

What ? The RCX 4" kit came with everything you need . . . Once installed you'll either be level, or have a little rake ridin tail high . . . If you are OK with a little rake, then you are done . . . if you want it more level, then move the Bils to 0.7 or 1.4 or 2.1 . . . whatever you need to get it where you want . . . You shouldn't have to do anything to the rear

I'm looking to set the bils at 2.1 giving me 6.1 inches in the front but will need around 4 inches of lift in the rear to make it dead level. So my question is how can I achive the 4 inches of lift in the rear? The rcx kit only comes with a 2.5 inch spacer. Could I use a zone or bds rear coil? If so I know I would need the track bar bracket drop but would I need anything else?

Never heard of somebody trying to cobble together a lift ... Sounds like you should have just gone with a Zone 6" lift with the 5" rear spring

Got the rcx kit for 500 new in the box it would be stupid to pass that up. I'm just trying to follow jake09's build. He had a 4 inch lift set bils at 2.1 and had a 1.5 inch spacer in the rear

The old RCX kits came with full coils for the rear, not the spacers like they do now. You can't stack 1.5" spacers on top of the RCX spacer as others said. You need to either get longer coils and get rid of the spacers altogether which is your best option. Or simply install only the RCX spacers for now.
