Need help identifying warning / info

Besides the fact that my truck needs cleaning, what is the warning that I circled for?
I have a Ram 1500 5.7 2014.
I’m just curious... I looked in the manual but couldn’t find it, also it does not light up when I turn on the truck.

It's just a generic dash. Diesel and gas have the same warning info layouts in that area. That's either for dpf regeneration or engine brake. I don't think it can ever light up on that dashboard tho.

The clusters share a lot of components as clusters in diesel truck's. That symbol is for the exhaust break.
