My factory subwoofer is not working. I have checked the wiring from the amp to the subwoofer and I have continuity throughout the wiring. I have checked the voltage at the factory amp and I am not getting anything out of it. So I assumed the amp/microprocessor was bad. So I got the 77KICK45. I was hoping that would fix it but I am having the same problem. All the other speakers are working fine and I can adjust the balance/fade to hear each one. Only issue I have is the subwoofer not working. I have the RES130s Uconnect system. Is there a flash I need or a way to turn the subwoofer on through the amp?

I replaced the Alpine amp with the Kicker factory upgrade. So it's a plug and play replacement.

Does anybody know if the amp/processor can be turned off/on through the PCIM?

Just to share what I have found. I checked all the wires which I concluded are in good working order. The issue is in the radio. I had a replacement radio and all works as it should.
