so I am going to be putting on my 2" level soon, going to go ahead and replace the stock shocks with 2" longer ones so my truck doesnt rattle my bones when I go over a bump. So I have rancho shocks right now, not highly impressed, not highly disappointed.
I dont offroad much at all since I live in the city..so offroad performance is not my main concern. I know the 2nd gen suspension is different then the newer gens, but with that being said I would like to get the smoothest ride possible. So which shocks do you guys think will make my ride more comfortable?
Fox, bilsteins (which series), rancho 9000's, pro comp, etc.
Also taking any other opinions on how to get a better feeling ride. I hate being able to tell such a huge difference between my trucks ride and my mothers expedition..but I know its not really fair to compare them since my truck has a solid axle suspension. Thanks guys.
