Need to replace mirror housing only. Suggestions?

Hello,

Specs:
2017 Laramie 3500 4x4 Megacab 6'4" Box
Black towing mirrors, heated, turn signal, puddle light, etc.

Issue:
The decal/wrap on the mirror housing was scratched and peeled away a 1"x1" piece of the decal. No other damage was done to the mirror. I need to replace just the housing but so far, have been unable to find one.

Questions:
Is it possible to replace just the housing using the internals and mount from the existing mirror?
Which years are compatible with this particular mirror?

I'm a detailer and the mirror was scratched while in my shop for service. The area damaged is so small but I'm responsible for the repair. I just hate the thought of having to pay $250-500 for a complete replacement if I can replace just the part that's actually damaged.

I searched in vain to find the answers.

Is it a chrome mirror that someone wrapped in black??? I'm pretty sure there are any OEM mirrors that are wrapped, they are either chrome or black textured plastic.... if it was wrapped, just have someone redo the damaged mirror.
