New '06 2500 Hemi 5.7 owner...now what?

Provided my mechanic doesn't find anything significantly bad Monday morning, I will be the proud new (4th) owner of a 2006 Dodge 2500 Big Horn Edition Quad cab Hemi 5.7L truck with 147K miles. I plan on towing a travel trailer with it in the next couple of years.

I don't have many more miles on my 03 as you do on your 06. I definitely suggest doing what I did today, cleaning the MAF and throttle and replacing the PCV. All easy stuff to accomplish, and I can already feel a better response with the clean throttle.

I recently picked up an 06 ram megacab with 73k on it. I believe I also will do the suggestions you make!!
