new 2024 2500 beeps while driving

hi all, first post and new here. i have a 2024 2500 big horn. I have two issues, nothing major. I read the owners and radio manuals and got no help with my two issues. maybe I missed it. here are my two issues. first i am driving along and all of a sudden i get three chimes but no info on the 12 inch radio screen or the drivers screen. The other is again i am driving and on the radio screen i got a note saying, "tow truck ahead" i cancel it and it comes up again, i clear it again and it does not come back. it has done it a few times not. question is why is it doing it and can it be turned off for the tow truck problem, and what do the three chimes mean?

The three chimes is from the factory navigation, most likely alerting of a red light camera coming up. You can see the alert if you are on the navigation screen, and those alerts can be changed in the nav settings under sounds and alerts.

The tow truck thing is the HAAS Alert system, and usually alerts to fire and ems vehicles that participate, but it’ll alert to tow trucks too if the company participates in the HAAS alert system. There’s no known way to turn that off.

Dreading ever getting a new vehicle. I thought PITA stuff like this only came at me from my cell phone, laptop and TV. No more peace in my truck? At least I still have the toilet.... sure that will go away sometime too once someone finds a way (and reason) to wifi equip it
