There's a few horror stories floating around about the way warrenty claims are being handled. The best one was the guy with the brand new Hellcat, that Chrysler did everything in their power to deny warrenty on the engine, last i heard it was in the courts as the guy had hired a lawyerI ran across this video on facebook. Big ^ss fight with warrenty company to get a bad Mopar crate engine replacement engine replaced. The replacement crate engine bought from a Mopar dealer knocked as bad as the engine that was replaced, and the hoops the shop had to go through to get another replacement engine, will peel your eyeballs open.I don’t have a fb account anymore and can’t read the story. What’s the cliffsnotes version of this?

FYI, you can watch it without an account. I don't have a facebook account either. When I clicked on it the FB login window appeared, I just clicked the X, the login window disappeared and the video played in my browser. That is definitely bullcrap from Chrysler.I don’t have a fb account anymore and can’t read the story. What’s the cliffsnotes version of this?
