The single chamber at part throttle with no cats was starting to get to me, actually think I broke the baffle lol. Here is what got taken off.

Ran the rest of the exhaust and using the old stock 3" man bent pipe with the res to finish it off for a stock look when its off sitting in a parking lot. Need to make another hanger and 2 more clamps, paint and check.

New exhaust setup

Good job! Finish it off with some steel wool and metal polish on that last part of the exhaust to give it a finished look!

Those bullets are basically a large glass pack! LOUD! :)

How much of that cracking and pinging exhaust note did you get with no cats on there? I have the same muffler and I'm thinking of hollowing out the cats.

NHDuck with the cats it sounded good all around and great WOT, without cats it sounded great idling, awesome WOT, part throttle leaving a stop light it sounded off to me.I swear I could hear the exhaust slamming into the sides of the muffler and baffling. Im very pickey on what my truck sounds like, also the amount of CFM I was moving was to much for just 1 single chamber to stay a clean note. I honestly would say keep the cats, only reason I ditched them was because it was the same time I swapped motors and it got a full overhaul. The cats hide alot of the unforgiving sounds these motors can make.

Tyler I know you hate me lol, thats why were buds and send texts. Wait till you have some spare $$ and we redo yours :sawzall:

Aright thanks for the good word. That's the one thing with this muffler that surprised me is how quiet the idle is. I'll just keep the cats on though, less work too.

NH I was cammed only when I first did the single chamber and I was also shocked how tame it was. By tame means it was still loud but you could drive into town and not wake up everyone if you drove easy.

Did some in cab stuff now.

Driving normal part throttle up a hill by work, windows up no radio. Video makes it sound like its droning for some reason.

Playing after filling up and going out to family farm road. Windows down goofing off, hard to steer and film, need to use the shops GoPro.

Thanks Matt, the second video ended up being a 90' burnout lol. The 33" NTG's are not hooking at all now and I feel sorry for the short goodyears on the 17s in the shed. I can only think of how much worse they would be with a stall and 4.56s.
