Has anyone ever done this to their Ram? I have a 2015 Ram 1500 and always liked the grilled for the Rebel. I also like the led lights like the Raptor. Looks like a win win, but just wanted to double check. 67254cb86c7e489c5b1f05c5055c2ffb.jpg

Ill probably get it soon. I’m not sure if I’ll wait for the spring or not. It sure does look sharp though.

I’ve been looking at these grills for a while. How does the “M” look compared to the actual Rebel grill? It looks thin to me.

Dang that looks sweet! How hard was the install? How did you hook up the lights? Where did you get it?

it’s like the Raptor grill with the four “O’s” on it. I had that on my F150. Had to go on EBay and buy the F and R. IIRC the wiring was a bit short to tie into the lights. How is it on this grill?

If your grille is curved at the bumper line it will. If it is straight down to the bumper it will not.

This exact grill won’t fit 09-12. The grill in the pic fits 13+.

They actually hold up very well. I didn’t have any issues with the one I had on my F150.

I think the style works on a Ram with the sport package but not so much on something like a Laramie with chrome bumpers. They need one with at least the outer frame in chrome.

I also had one of these Raptor style grills on my 15 and 17 F150 but they both had the sport appearance.

For the wiring, you should be able to use a fuse tap to an ignition circuit to trigger a relay powered by the battery. This is how I had mine wired on the F150s.

That is the grill i'm wanting to install also. How is the fit and quality? like does it seem flimsy or cheap? i would be having mine color matched to the truck except for the RAM letters. Just dont want to order it and end up not fitting well or seeming to cheap to have painted.

The quality is probably fine. The letters may not be as thick (same exact font thickness) as OEM due to patent/licensing laws. The “M” looks too skinny to me. My other concern is the length of the wiring harness. I had the raptor grill on my F150 and the harness was a bit short. And if your gonna order from eBay make sure the item location is USA, so if you have an issue your not dealing with a seller in China.

Mine mounted without issue. Tapped fuse and grounded at the fender. Took 30 minutes max.

The frame and honeycomb look like they're screwed together. I hope to separate them this spring and paint the surround.
