hey guys, I'm new to the dodge family and I have some question about leveling my Ram and what size tire can I fit.

I looked at Hell Bent Steel.

any recommendations suggestions warnings?

I just pulled off my HBS 2.5" spacers. Besides them being bent, I would not recommend them due to the extra stress on the suspension. I also had a slight wobble around 65-70mph which is gone after the Rancho QLL system.

Rancho QLL (strut assembly, you can bolt it on without the need for a spring compressor like the Bilsteins) or the Bilstein 5100 are the way to go. Rancho is about $320 for the pair from Amazon shipped via Prime and 5100 are about $100 less.
