To be honest I can't tell you what exactly I wired them to since I had no idea what I was looking at besides what you said on the phone. I'll try and find some time this week to pop them back off and snap some pics of my attempt at wiring in the halos.

This is what you tapped into right?

the lower 2 wires are ground (lowest) and parking (middle)

now, these aren't exact for your application (as mine were wired for dual color LEDs), but here's how I tapped into mine - I used positaps (not available at the local AutoZone), but any wire tap will do

Yeah that's the plug I tapped them into. The 2 open wires from the Halos that needed to be spliced were black and orange, I matched black to black and then the orange wire to the middle one. The weird thing was that the other headlight had a different color middle wire...

Was the loud pop a fuse popping, that's usually the noise it makes. Did you check all of your fuses to see if you accident blew one while tapping wires?

So if by some chance I didn't screw up the wiring what would be the reason that the halos aren't turning on? (How can I tell if a fuse is blown?)

Pull every one out by hand and check the metal to see if it's broken or go to autozone and get a fuse tester for like $5

there are no fuses on the halos.

They have a little cap inside of them that regulates power to them. Might be a problem there.

Take a 9V battery and try to power them from that. Let me kno if they come on them.

I'm not saying the halos have fuses. I'm saying whatever he's trying to pull power from to run the halos popped a fuse. Might wanna check them all. It's pretty obvious if the fuse is blown, so if you pull one and see it I think you'll recognize it. would be worth it if that's the case to not have to pull everything apart, and if not, then at least you ruled one thing oh.

I still haven't had a chance to try solving the Halo issue, but I did notice that the projectors are noticeably dimmer than my fogs.... And they also start extremely dim and then slowly progress to where they're at now. Could it that they're not getting enough power?

I had them wired right the whole time, but the T-Splice thing you told me to use never broke through the wire coating so it never made any contact haha

I like positaps.........but they aren't at the local autozone!

I have a ****load of 'em here, just too big for what I normally use them for.
