Do not tchange anything from stock or you will be constantly upgrading/ modifying your truck and become very very poor

.... but you will have an incredibly nice truck

I was in the UK for about two weeks. The car we rented was a Mini, and it honestly felt too large for some of the roads I drove on. A lot of that was getting used to sitting on the wrong side of the car and driving on the wrong side of the road. The drive from the airport to our air b&b that first afternoon was harrowing LOL. I was a lot more comfortable with it as time went on, and by the end of the trip I was used to it. But I couldn't imagine driving a full size pickup over there, especially if it's LHD. I salute your ambition.

Right or Left side drive? Curious.
Looks like you might have missed where the OP said he was asking for advise on "driving LHD big car on UK roads", so I'm assuming it's LHD.

Bad ass truck. Enjoy. Be prepared for 17L per 100km, or 30+ BP per 100km

OP, Probably gonna be real interesting driving a Big TRUCK regardless of drive side, but especially LHD on narrow country, city roads in UK. My thought: Unless U live on a Farm Somewhere? Where U gonna park that Beautiful Truck? Downtown London? Give's me shudders and the fuel prices. But to not pry, if U want and can afford a Big US type truck in UK fuel prices and consumption probably not an issue. Drive it and Maintain it well with good Fluids and Filters and PLS post some pics where it is parked and such driving around UK.

:welcome: and enjoy your new ride.

Left hand, like here in the States? Or am I confused? If it's like here in the states, I will pray for you...
Left hand drive means the steering wheel is on the left side of the vehicle, like here in the U.S.

Been a long time since I was there, but the cars in the UK are generally smaller than here in the US. Roads a generally narrower. Why on earth would you buy a Left Hand Drive, Monster Truck, to drive there? I'm crazy enough to do it, but I'm a Yank G.I.!

I hear ya. Last time I was over there, at the end of 2019, we rented a Mini Cooper Countryman. And even with that small car the roads seemed too small. We saw someone driving a 4th gen Ram 1500 and I was thinking that guy was nuts LOL. Might be different if I had grown up on roads like those I guess. I'll stick with the wide roads we have here, thank you very much.
