New seat covers installed saddleblanket

I was putting my coverking saddlebkanket seat covers in. Got it all finished up, noticed my passenger side seat won't recline. Appears I knocked the rod loosetrying to fish the elastic starps through. How do I take the plastic side and the lever and cover off?

Never mind, watched a disassembly video for katzkin. Pop the c clip off the handle, pull handle off, pry the panel off.
