I have a 01 Ram 1500 5.9 sport it had its transmission rebuilt about 4000 miles ago then it stopped running i bought the truck in this state not running so i knew i was getting into something, it will turn over but will not start! It was just showing the p0601 code then i reset computer and it then kicked back both codes had it done that first i would have changed the cam sensor first but instead i have changed crank sensor, coil pack, spark plugs and wires, fuel pump, filters and fluids any other suggestions

Welcome!
Well to start off with the obvious you started with a tune which is good. But sounds like either the PCM is dead or you have a short somewhere. Maybe a bad ground or something of the sort. I would unhook the pcm and let it sit a while. Then hook it back up and see if any change. If nothing I would say time to hunt down a PCM.

P601 is Internal Controller Failure.
Your only real options at this point are to make sure the grounds are good or buy a new PCM.
