Bought a one-owner 2004 3500 CTD Laramie CC SB this past weekend with fewer than a 115k miles on it. It's all stock and has been meticulously cared for. He averaged an oil change every 4,200 miles and fuel filter changes about every 7,500 miles with receipts to prove it. All injectors were replaced at 107k miles with Bosch replacements.

I will be needing to drive this daily probably until the end of the year. Is there anything special maintenance-wise I need to do to keep it in tiptop shape? Approximately 5 miles non-highway a day.

Thanks all.

Will do, Oliver! I've got some Wix air filters on the way.

For oil filters the best is Donaldson DBL 7349 a 15 micron oil filter, its bit costly right now due to supply chain shortage, your second best is the Fleetguard Stratapore LF16035, fuel filters Baldwin PF7977 or Fleetguard FS19856 both are 7 micron & water block, Air Fleetguard AF-4169 its the 4 inch and should fit on the stock air box, factory type are 2 inch the 4 will last 30,000+ I know because I used these4 inch filters in my old 2006 for 12 years, if you want to use 2 inch air filters Fleetguard AF-4177...
