Been lurking on the forums for about a month now thought I’d better join. I’m a die hard Ford guy. Had 3 F-150’s 2 of which were tuned Ecoboost. Really like that engine. Got an itch last spring and traded in for a 17 Charger Scat Pack. Freaking loved that car but missed having a truck. Local dealer had a 18 Ram Sport Night Edition that I fell in love with. Thought I’d go against my F-150 love and try something different. Ended up getting 12k$ off sticker so I went for it. So far I really like it. Nervous because I see a lot of complaints on here it seems about different problems. Hopefully I don’t have any. So far I’ve added a Carven Progressive with 5 inch tips. Still undecided what I think of the sound and it has nothing to do with the volume. It’s mainly WOT that I’m unsure of. I guess I’m used to muscle cars since I’ve had two full exhaust Mustang Cobras and then the Scat Pack with the Dynomax mini race bullets. They screamed at WOT. The Carven doesn’t change tone much and just stays really deep.
I guess my only one complaint about the truck itself is the huge amount of body roll in the front. Just handles way different then my F-150’s. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I was think Bilsteins up front. Seems to be where I feel it the most. Anyways here’s some pics of the Ram and the Scat Pack that I traded in on it.
