New to site, need help

Hello. First time on site. I will be grateful for any help.
2018 Ram 1500. Truck was running fine. I shut it off and a few minutes later it was no crank, no start. The door locks and windows work. The remote start beeps the horn twice like it is about to crank, but doesnt. I can jump across starter relay or solenoid and cranks over but wont run. Shifter knob locked in park. Any ideas guys? Thanks.

If you need to move the vehicle

First thing I would check is Battery voltage, if that is good the next step would be to check the starter relay...
