As the title says I have a 2015 Sport Quad Cab. I have 1900 miles on it and was loving it....until someone rear ended me at 60 while I was stopped. Just got the go ahead after a 2 week tear down to repair it. So I'm getting a new frame, rear axle, all bed, and repair a cab dent. Which is awful but while I wait for 2 months I will buy things. So I actually just yesterday ordered my D-1 Procharger, New PCM and the Diablo i2 with the complete kit. I have a cart of JBA longtubes with Midpipe, low temp thermostat, and gauges. Probably pull the trigger on a couple weeks.
I've been emailing HemiFever about tuning and whoever I'm talking to seems to know everything there is about tuning these motors.
Looking for advice though from all of you.
So I told the dealer that I got the D-1 through to let Procharger know that I will have longtubes and to spec the head out for it.
My question to all of you is. What size pulley should I expect with this kit to compensate the Longtubes? I have heard that there will be a 1-1.5lb loss.
Like a 8 or 8.5lb?
Also, up here in Alaska all we have is 90 octane. How would I go about getting a 91 mix? Carry about a 2 gallon can of AV gas to mix in a little every fill up or what? Octane booster? Ratios? Ugh!!!
I don't think I can boost it with anything lower then 91 to prevent detonation.
Obviously I will rely on HemiFever for the tune and trust him. But has anyone else came across anything like this as far as mixing fuels or additives?
Thank You

Welcome!!! Glad to have your here. Hemifever is one of the best in the business regarding tuning so I don't think you can go wrong following his advise. You might talk to Matt at Moe's Performance about some of your other questions. He is a vendor on the site.
