New Windshield Wiper? What would you recommend?

Hey all, I have had my truck for about a year and half now, still have factory wipers and they are going to need replaced very soon.... There are a lot of different brands and designs....

EDIT: Whats your favorite wiper brand and design?

I've been pretty happy with Bosch Icons.

I recommend wipers that whip the rain from your windshield. But seriously, I've tried many brands over the last 40 years and the only difference I've seen over that time is some brands have lasted longer then others. The clearing ability is very close among the majors and they are all making minor changes to their designs from time to time so a brand i liked one time I don't like as much the next.

Rain-X.........not the wipers, but the original stuff you put on the windshield

but the wiper blades I have on it now are I think the bosch icons

I use Silblades on all my vehicles. They are impregnated with Silicone and do what Rain-X does for a windshield.

I want to say I have the Rain X brand wipers. Don't get them. Whenever I am going highways speeds, rushing air causes the driver side not to seal to the windshield at the bottom left hand corner about the size of softball. Gets on my nerves bad. And they have only been on about 8 months, need replacing. Looks like I will be trying out the Icons myself.

I like the Rain X hybrid ones they have metal on outside so they don't have lift issue but they form to window pretty nice. I like the rain x better than icons but that is just me.

I think it's a toss up

I actually have one rain x and one icon on my wifes cars. Since they didn't have the other size at walmart in the icon. I really can't tell a difference. They both work good.
