Newb from Montana

Hey Guys,

I just bought a RAM yesterday, traded in my Jeep and got something a 'little' bigger. So far I love it. It's a 1500 Quad Cab, maroon, 5.7 Liter Hemi. Just found out I got a little one on the way so had to make room. The one thing I loved about my Jeep was the off roading I did with it. Do any vetrans out there have suggestions on mod's I could add to get this guy out there with my old Jeep buddies? What is the best set up?

Welcome, Neighbour! You may need a 6" lift with some pans, 4.56 Gears (DTT LSD) and some 35" Rubber to hang with those guys. Take it slow cause with little ones around its hard to justify Modding. Like wermbang said we're here to help if needed.

Welcome! Congrats on the new truck. If you're still wanting to do some off-roading, you'll want to consider at least a 6" lift and 35s on 17" or 18" rims. Swapping out the gears will definitely help too. Oh and a rocker panel and some solid diff covers might not be a bad idea either.
