I am new to this forum but not to Dodge/Chrysler products..I own a 2005 Dodge Magnum and 2003 P/T Cruiser. Both have given us great ownership and performance over the years.
I am looking to now purchase an original owner 2003 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi 4 door in immaculate condition for 6K. My only concern is it has 175K miles. It scores a 92 on the Auto Check Score. The truck has been serviced regularly, runs and sounds great. This would be primarily for my daughter who is going to an agricultural college next year about 200 miles away. If driven normally, typically how many miles are the 5.7L good for before things go bad and the basic truck it's self..is this too many miles or just getting broke in. I have friends with the 5.7L Hemi's in their Magnums, Chargers and 300's with well over 200K miles and still going strong.
Thank you very much, I look forward to being part of a great forum.
