We will start with the link... This is a typical Youtube video link...

Basically what you want to do is take these letter after the equal sign... I will try and highlight these in red:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKlwfoqJFWA
So now take the highlighted letters after the equal sign like these..
wKlwfoqJFWA
And wrap these letters with on the them with this one on the right side of the code:
[/yt]
And this one on the left side:
[yt]
For a n example:
{yt}wKlwfoqJFWA{/yt} Of course replacing the {} with [].
This might be a little confusing the way I tried to explain it without showing a white box but you will get the hang of it!
