I'm in need of some input now because I'm reaching the end of my list on improvements on the truck and want to see what you guys would suggest as a logical next step I'm full bolt ons with a few other goodies. I was thinking about a turbo kit but nothing is set in stone yet.

Cam n converter would be my suggestion. Our stock heads flow pretty damn good an aftermarket ones are pricy so I’d hold off

Cam,convertor and gears. Turbo kit would be sweet but it gets expensive quick, especially if you gotta pay someone to fab it up

I already have a 2800 edge converter sitting at home ready for install, I was honestly thinking about going procharged next because I can do all of that myself and it gives a nice power increase. I know this will be a question no this truck does not tow haul or anything of that matter. It is a daily but i don't mind it being a bit annoying from any mods
I have stock 392 gears didnt think about changing that yet because I dont want to lose my entire top end but I was thinking about getting lockers

3:92 or 4;10 gear is good in my book, but you definitely need a locking differential. I have beat on a DDT for years without issue and it gets my vote.

Cam, heads, tune...

This, plus gears and maybe TC matched to your cam (depending on how you use the truck).

Seriously...?

Sent from my HTC U11 using Tapatalk
Just realized I said that terribly what I meant was anything that should be done before boost to ensure I dont blow up in 15 miles along with getting the most possible from said boost

It's a double edged sword, the biggest bang for your money is boost (6-8psi).. boost is addictive and you will want to turn it up. Your stock pistons won't handle the boost, so your next move is build a short block to handle boost. The good news is there are plenty of selection available. I run 15+psi on the street without issues other than traction. Good luck

This is only the daily I have my barracuda for the speed addiction lol, I honestly was only thinking like 7 psi because that's what the kit I found is good for
