No Calls through Bluetooth audio

Ok I installed my pioneer h/u and everything else works perfectly besides the fact that I can't get phone calls using Bluetooth. The other person can hear me through the mic but I can't hear them. I was told to swap the wiring on the front and rear speakers from behind the h/u. Can anyone else verify this fix?

are you running any amps? what module did you use? what factory head unit did you have?

When you get an incoming call, answer it and turn the volume up on the head unit.

I had the ra1 and no I'm not using any amps

Did you turn up the volume on your Phone , or make sure it wasn't muted ?
And nothing is plugged into an Aux RC ?
