2001 ram 1500. No heat or air. Thinking about purchasing. Any thoughts

A better explanation of what is going on will help the gear heads !
Any air coming form the vents ?
Does the blower work ?
Does the AC Compressor work ?
What happens when you switch for heat to AC ?
Do you hear any noise when you switch ?
Just anything it does do or not do when you flip a switch.
I am no gear head but I would start with checking the fuse, radiator fluid level, have someone inside the cab when doing the check and one looking under the hood to see or hear what happens as a switch it flipped !
Please update what you find and hopefully a easy fix !
