No pwr obd

Have an 03 ram with 318. ABS, BRAKE and AIR BAG lights on. No speedo and no radio, and no power to my obd connector. Have power to cigarette lighter and all fuses test ok in underhood relay center. Truck runs and drives good. Grounds under hood all seem clean and tight. Any ideas greatly appreciated

Somewhat rare combo... cool.
Assuming truck is similar to other 03 models and has a IPM. I would start by tracing power from battery into the IPM. The bottom is open and water can get in and corrode the connections. You can unbolt the IPM and flip it over to test/inspect.
