No start - 2023 RAM 4500 - 'not in park'

I replaced the intake with a larger intake horn. Everything went back together as planned but the truck wouldn't start. Stating that the truck is not in Park. After fussing with the big connector with a bale clip (near the firewall), reconnecting the batteries, and closing the door, the truck started and ran fine. I took it for a test drive and it went into limp mode - told me to take it to service center and not turn it off until it is where I wanted to work on it.

Codes revealed a
U0101 Lost Communication with Transmission Control Module (TCM)

Perhaps a wire shorted or there is a pin or connector that got damaged. Does anyone have any suggestion or pin out for the TCM?
