No volume on my RA4

My radio works fine all functions work however no sound and volume won’t move up or down .
Any suggestions?

I've got the same issue on my 2013 RA2 radio. Went on vacation for two weeks, came back to this. Everything looks like it's working, but no volume. Turning the volume knob just shows it at 0.

In my morning commute, I gave up for about 20 minutes and just drove in silence. Then tried to adjust volume and it turned the volume up and the radio was back. No idea why it needs 20 minutes to get going. Seems to do this wether Radio or XM is selected.

I am going to try pulling the fuse on the engine bay (note that this is the one outside the fuse box on the radio cable) and see if it behaves again.
