2014 3500 tradesman blue screen

Hey all,
Not sure what is going on but when I start the truck I get the Ram logo & sirus logo on the screen, get up past 12 MPH and blue screen, coast down to 7 MPH and the rear camera goes on until I get to 12mph then blue. Does it every time. None of the heads button or knobs work, tried the soft reset pushing volume & tune knobs etc. doesn't do anything. So what do you think.
any help/thoughts would be appreciated.

The rear camera shuts off above 12mph by design. There is a law somewhere about video in motion (viewable from the driver's seat) that is the reason for this behavior...

I just had the blue screen on back up. Turned car off and started again and normal.
