This route requires very precise measurements and I would again suggest going to a pro for this.

If the wheels you're looking at are NOT hub centric, then just get the hubcentric spacer, and bolt the non-hub centric wheel to it and take the spacer's thickness into account when choosing the offset.

If you know the hub bore of the rims(lets say 100mm)and we know the ram hub OD is 77mm

Get the rings that correspond. 100mm OD and 77 ID. Just trying to help them
I've used those plastic ones before there pretty flexible.

I could be wrong but in the three sets of aftermarket rims I have ran I never bought hub centric simply rims with matching bolt pattern for the vehicle never had issues as when I tightened the lugs did so in a pattern that seemed to essentially center the rim. I really do like the hub centric factory rims but also like the look of aftermarket ones that are not.
