I know I have this issue, my question is, shouldn't I just upgrade the headers?

I hate dealerships because I've had zero good experiences with any of them... anyone in AZ that has a good shop to recommend?

Should take an experienced tech an hour per side to fix broken bolts, a shorty header is a little more tedious due to tightening accessibility. However, Blackheart appears to have corrected their quality and durability with their latest log style header. This would be the ideal option if you aren’t going for substantial power gains.

If you put factory bolts back in you risk having the same issue.

If you were gonna do headers eventually it’s a good time to do them

If under warranty I would let the dealer do the work so they can remove the broken bolts in case they have any issues. Then remove and replace the headers after with better bolts yourself. That way you don’t have to deal with removing or drilling out the bolts
