Not sure if lowered or not.

I bought a 1996 dodge 1500 a few months ago and it came with 32"tires. Im not sure it its lowered or if the tires just took up the space. Please let me know what it is?

looks lowered in the rear to me, unless the springs are just tired. LOL

Definitely looks dropped to me, I'd say it's a 2/4 kit. Have a look at the rear and see what side the axle is on the leaf springs, if it's on the top of them then it's had a flip kit installed.

Looks lowered to me. I'd say it's got lowering shackles out back.
