Swung through the car wash today to spray off some dust and bugs and while I was washing, it was acting as if I were unlocking the doors with the fab.. Lights would flash etc. I have keyless entry so I assume the water was tripping the sensors on the door handles. Problem a topic on this already.. Just new to me. Made me wonder if it would unlock the doors when raining as I exit the truck.. I typically lock as I'm getting out

Yes, it’s the pressure of the water disrupting the magnetic field for the hall effect sensor that makes the passive unlock possible. Rain isn’t strong enough to make it happen.

Mine does the same thing never had any issues like that in the rain though. Not gonna rule out the possibility but I think you'd need like monsoon rain for it to unlock as u walked away like you said.

It doesn't do it if you leave your fob in the cupholder.
At least for me it only does it when I leave it in my pocket.
