I ran into a similar problem with my locks, also with my window.
You probably only have one battery in the hemi, adjust the following to suit.

Locks:
I suspected the BCM had just lost its mind a bit. I took the following steps to reset it:

1. Disconnect BOTH batteries.
2. Using a small jumper wire, short one battery's positive and negative connectors together.
3. Leave the jumper in place for 15 minutes(probably longer than needed but this worked for me)
4. Remove the jumper
5. WYAIT clean your terminals!
6. Reconnect the batteries
7. Profit

For me, this resolved the lock issue.

Window:
I suspect that when I encountered this it was because I had goofed up and hit the switch a bunch of times very rapidly(very bumpy road). This is the process to re-calibrate the window controller:

1. Start with the window up.
2. Press and hold the down switch, continue to hold it for five seconds after it stops at the bottom.
3. Press and hold the up switch, continue to hold it for five seconds after it stops at the top.

At this point your window should be functioning normally.

I agree with trying to recalibrate the Master Window Switch

This is the process to re-calibrate the window controller:

1. Start with the window up.
2. Press and hold the down switch, continue to hold it for five seconds after it stops at the bottom.
3. Press and hold the up switch, continue to hold it for five seconds after it stops at the top.

At this point your window should be functioning normally.

If that does not work try using a plastic trim tool or find a wide blade screw driver, wrap some tape around the blade of the screw driver to protect your interior & pry the Master window switch up, then see if any of the harness has worked its way loose from the switch. spray it with Electrical Contact Cleaner

Five times for warranty repairs in 3 years, about to take it for the sixth time.

Today, I pushed the unlock button on the keyfob and it unlocked only the driver's door. The door lock switch would not unlock the other doors at all. I got home, thankfully, and as I was driving the lock/unlock button worked.

Got home, and now I can't even get into my truck at all. I push the unlock and the alarm turns off, and the lights flash, but the doors won't unlock. I tried the emergency key - it won't open the driver's door at all. What the hell? I grabbed the spare fob that I have never used, and it does the same thing. So angry right now.

Remote start works, but I still can't get into the vehicle.

Yeah, not going to 'short the battery'...

So, what was wrong? Who knows... had it scheduled for the dealership but all of a sudden everything started working again and has done so for the past two weeks.
My truck is kinda like me.... some days I am sick and can't work at 100%, then all of a sudden I feel fine and back up to speed.
Until next warranty issue....

First off, I’m glad that you were able to get into your truck. Second, I don’t really think it makes a difference if the truck is new or 10 years old, 0 miles or 100K, the simple fact is that when EVERYTHING is controlled electronically problems are bound to arise. My Green Monster has thrown a couple head fits. Once when we were at a friends house at 1 A.M. and the alarm started going off by itself and I had to pull the battery cables to shut it up. As much as I love my Ram collection, I may sell the Laramie to buy an old square body.
