I ran into a similar problem with my locks, also with my window.
You probably only have one battery in the hemi, adjust the following to suit.
Locks:
I suspected the BCM had just lost its mind a bit. I took the following steps to reset it:
Window:
I suspect that when I encountered this it was because I had goofed up and hit the switch a bunch of times very rapidly(very bumpy road). This is the process to re-calibrate the window controller:

I suspected the BCM had just lost its mind a bit. I took the following steps to reset it:
- Disconnect BOTH batteries.
- Using a small jumper wire, short one battery's positive and negative connectors together.
- Leave the jumper in place for 15 minutes(probably longer than needed but this worked for me)
- Remove the jumper
- WYAIT clean your terminals!
- Reconnect the batteries
- Profit
Window:

- Start with the window up.
- Press and hold the down switch, continue to hold it for five seconds after it stops at the bottom.
- Press and hold the up switch, continue to hold it for five seconds after it stops at the top.
