Slow/hard downshift from 2nd to 1st

2015 ram 1500 101k on clock. Babied this truck in every aspect. It’s been downshifting hard from 2nd to 1st. Other than that , no other trans issues. Drained and refilled the fluid for first time at 100k. Black and burnt but no shavings. Not seeing much if any improvement. Just seeing if anyone has any insight. TIA

If the fluid came out black and burnt along with hard shift there's most likely something failing in the transmission.
Some people have had issues with the splined driveshaft sticking and lubing it up with never-seize would usually fix the problem but it would usually happen across multiple shifts not specific to the 2-1 shift.

mine has been doing this for 60k miles no fix as of yet if you glide to a stop instead of abruptly stopping it wont do it feels like im driving a manual.
