My '13 hemi 1500 air conditioner acts funny. I can be driving along with the a/c on low (1, 2, or 3 bars) and barely any air flows out the vents. Then out of no where the blower fan gets loud and starts blowing like I believe it should. A few minutes later it will slow down. This doesn't happen every time I drive but enough that I am concerned and want to understand the issue
