odometer shut off due to 621,369 miles reading

I have a 2008 Dodge ram 2500 Laramie 6.7 L diesel which hit the odometer reading of 621, 369 miles and now my odometer has been shut off. My trip, odometer, mileage per gallon calculation, and miles to empty have all been shut off. I’ve spoken with Dodge and they tell me there is no fix short of possibly getting a new instrument cluster. I want to do this very legally and above board. I will get a mileage affidavit from the DMV for current miles on odometer but just need to know either how to roll it back, reset it, or if I need to buy an instrument cluster so I can start over at 000, 001 miles? have spoken with four different Dodge dealerships and not a one of them has any solution. Laura has attempted to offer a solution!Thoughts and or ideas?

I'm aware of this end of life condition for our odometers.
It's 1 million kilometers in miles.

Sorry, I don't know if there's any solution beyond a full replacement, but I would contact Stellantis Corporate Office to ask for a deal.

They get the rights to publicize the magnificent mileage and supply you a new premium EVIC.
