OE LED taillights

Does anyone know if the 2013+ taillights will fit on a 2012?
I have the OE LED taillights and found someone aftermarket replacements for the factory LED lights but are for 2013-2018. I need to replace the passenger side one since the Mrs backed into a tree.

Physically they're the same now whether they'll work electrically that's the bigger question.

Something....something...LED install...taillights...conversion harness (which are also sold by RetroShop if you're not a DIY'er); and since Feb 2013 this has been known...pics...comparisons....something...something.
